Midwest Foam Insulation opened this January in Savannah, Missouri, to provide services to building owners in the region.
Kevin Davies said that while the insulation business recently opened, he has longtime experience in building construction. The business is family-owned and he works with his wife Mary Kay and his son Mark.
Davies said they work with customers in Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska.
“We decided to open this business because we felt like there was a need for it,” Davies said. “We realized through doing construction that there was a need for the spray foam business to help out customers.”
He said they most often complete closed-cell and open-cell spray foam projects. But they also offer blow in fiberglass insulation in cases where customers request a preference.
“We seal up a house or metal building whether they are new or being renovated,” Davies said. “It will strength the integrity of the structure. This sealing also helps the owner lower their utility bills.”
In addition, they can install spray roof coating on buildings with flat roofs or metal buildings.
The roof coating they use is ExpandoThane which is known for its high standards within the industry for preventing leaks. The product creates a waterproof membrane capable of sealing the gaps and crevices.
He said the business centers on providing quality customer service.
“We treat each building we work on like it was our own,” Davies said. “We treat every property we work on with care.”
Davies said they accept credit cards for payment and they have some financing available with approved credit for customers.
