Covenant Real Estate & Auction LLC has moved to a new office in Valley Falls, Kansas.
Andy Conser is the owner, broker and auctioneer for the business. He opened the new location on 1600 K-4 Highway this spring.
Conser said they renovated the building and the new office offers more space.
“The building had previously been a flea market and antique store so we completely remodeled the inside with offices for our real estate agents and auction staff,” Conser said. “One of the highlights is the new conference room which allows us to host meetings and presentations with customers.”
He said the business specializes in a combination of real estate sales and auction services.
Conser opened the auction service business 24 years ago followed by opening the real estate service 22 years ago.
The business has 11 employees that work auction services and there are three real estate agents with the company.
This spring, the company added two new real estate agents, Jami Heinen and Kaitlyn Gantz.
Conser said they offer live and online-only auctions.
“We’re also offering live webcast options where we conduct a live auction via the Internet where people bid in real time to us,” Conser said. “We have found doing a live auction over the Internet has really been a great success.”
Conser was the 2004 Kansas State Champion Auctioneer and in 2010 he was the president of the Kansas Auctioneers Association.
